LynnArts rents inexpensive artist studio space in our arts center at 25 Exchange St. 

across the street from the commuter rail line

all studios have 24 hour access

wheelchair accessible, have access to a standard elevator and parking

studios range in size from 100 to 650 sq. feet (depending on availability)

all utilities are currently included

all studios may be shared, though LynnArts requires only one name on a lease as well as a three month lease minimum (spaces over 500 sq. ft require a one year lease)
